MOBILE WORKSHOP VAN RACKING

If you work in the field, carrying out repairs, maintenance and technical support, you need tools, spare parts and equipment with you, without wasting time looking for them. Mobile workshop van racking from Syncro System turns the load area into a real working environment: workbenches with vices, drawer units, shelving and dedicated compartments, all securely fixed so that everything stays in place, even after many miles.

In this Nissan NV400, Syncro System has created a mobile workshop for installing and servicing refrigeration systems. The load area is protected by resin-coated birch marine plywood flooring with non-slip stainless steel edges, and by galvanised, painted steel panels, laser-cut to the shape of the van.

On the left-hand wall there are six metal drawers on ball-bearing telescopic slides and four shelves with dividers; at the top, a long, narrow compartment holds pipes and cable ducting. On the right there are three more shelves and an adjustable fire extinguisher holder. The fit-out is completed by two LED lights, the vent grilles needed when carrying gas, and two aluminium roof bars.

The Peugeot Boxer L2 H2 belonging to a company that hires out and repairs construction equipment had to be both a well-stocked store and a workshop for minor repairs. Syncro System fitted the two walls with sixteen metal drawers, adjustable shelves, two patented case trays and a locker with a lock; in the middle of the racking there is also a watertight stainless steel shelf for jerrycans of liquids, which can be removed for cleaning.

For work on board there are two resin-coated marine plywood workbenches: one above the drawers on the left-hand wall, with a metal vice, and a custom-made one against the bulkhead, with a sliding generator tray. Resin-coated marine plywood flooring, steel panelling, a hand wash kit and LED lights complete the van.

Since 1996 Syncro System has focused exclusively on van racking and has turned vehicles of every size into mobile workshops.
