Syncro System’s ramps for loading and unloading vans are extremely popular with customers. They come in a wide range of models and sizes to suit the needs of all users.

These all-aluminium folding ramps have a load capacity of 500 kg. They come in various width and length combinations. Both ends are specially shaped to make loading and unloading as easy as possible.

Light series loading ramps feature a quick fitting system, are made from lightweight alloy and offer a load capacity of 400 kg. The quick fitting system makes it easy to transfer these ramps from one van to another and ensures compatibility with all kinds of vehicle. Positioning is quick and easy thanks to the kit provided. Folding flaps at the front and rear of the ramp facilitate the movement of loads with small wheels and equipment with limited ground clearance. 

For greater practicality, Light series ramps are also available with a swivel mounting kit. This provides easy access to the back of your van without having to extend the ramp.

Ramps with load capacities up to 1,800 kg are made from aluminium and steel and are designed to be installed permanently. All these models feature a swivel mounting system, so that if the ramp is not needed, it can be swung out easily to give unrestricted access to the back of the van. The characteristics and dimensions of these ramps depend on load capacity, the model of van and the needs of the user.

To load heavy machinery and equipment into your van, you can request the installation of an electrically powered winch with remote control. This produces a horizontal traction force of up to 1587 kg and therefore provides effective assistance in handling heavy and awkward loads. The device can be operated from a cabled pendant or from a remote control and comes complete with a 15 metre long steel cable with a tempered steel hook. This winch incorporates a low-consumption 12 V motor and can therefore be connected to the van’s own battery.

The Renault Master in these photos has floor and bulkhead liners in 12 mm, marble-look plywood, a column of racking over the right side wheel arch and an 1,800 kg loading ramp with a swivel mounting.

These photos show a Fort Transit with an 1,800 kg, aluminium and steel loading ramp with swivel mounting. The ramp occupies very little space when folded away and can be swung open or extended to provide access to the back of the van.

The Vito in these photos is fitted with a marble-look plywood floor liner and an all-aluminium loading ramp with a capacity of 600 kg, complete with swivel mounting.
