The nature of an electrician’s work
Electricians may have to work in private homes, public buildings, offices, factories and even road construction sites. They therefore need a van with a versatile racking system.
Electricians need to take the greatest care in their work and comply with strict safety standards. - It must keep small parts in order. - It must transport power tools in complete safety. Some electricians ask us to limit the racking to just one side of the van in order to keep plenty of room free for loading and unloading cargo and working inside the van.
Others prefer the confidence of always having everything to hand, install racking on both sides of the van, and perhaps equip the roof to carry long items like ladders, pipes and cable conduits.
