SYNCROBLOCK ALUMINIUM BAR FOR VANS

SYNCROBLOCK aluminium bar can be used with a wide range of fittings, straps, tool clips, rings and rubber profiles. Different components can be combined with great flexibility and can slide the full length of the bar.

The bar can be fitted to the vehicle’s bodywork or to racking components. Thanks to the rail at the rear, the bar can be fixed to racking using special square-head screws and the holes already present, without having to drill holes in the bar.

Pairs of straps in various lengths with a buckle or a ratchet, all available with a quick-release system.

The push-fit plastic hooks make it easy to secure tools and other small items.

No more loads banging around in the back of your van! An exclusive Syncro System patent: a pair of shuttles to mount on the SYNCROBLOCK aluminium rails.

They can be slid sideways and locked in any position using the handwheel. The depth is freely adjustable from 100 to 200 mm using another handwheel.

To prevent scratches and damage, the part in contact with the load is covered in soft rubber with a steel core.

A quick, easy-to-use, very safe and sturdy system that adapts easily to whatever you need to secure: ladders, panels, ramps, pipes, trolleys, etc.

The movable, adjustable hook is designed to be mounted on the SYNCROBLOCK bar, where it can be locked in the desired position using the dedicated screw. Its position can be changed at any time, and the lower part can be set to 5 positions with an adjustable depth from 140 to 90 mm. Made entirely of high-strength steel and reinforced with a welded gusset on the lower part.

Neodymium magnets can also be fitted to the SYNCROBLOCK sliding bar. They are made of a neodymium alloy with a steel base: thanks to the powerful attraction of the material used, they hold small to medium-sized tools and metal objects extremely effectively. They are available in two versions:

• round magnet, with an attraction force of up to 30 kg
• rectangular magnet, with a force of up to 37 kg

The neodymium magnets can also be used directly on the sides of the fittings, using the equally-spaced holes of the Ultra system.

This H-shaped bungee is made of black rubber and supplied in 10-metre rolls. Being able to cut it to size makes it very versatile and adaptable to any need.  The AGA00007 hooks are designed to be mounted on any side panel or on the SYNCROBLOCK profile and allow the bungee to be attached quickly.

Thanks to the KST00001 and AGA0017 adapters, the bars for hanging garments can easily be mounted in the van using the SYNCROBLOCK sliding aluminium rails.

The SYNCROBLOCK sliding aluminium bars can also be used to secure most accessories. The bar can be fixed to the racking or to the van bodywork, and the accessories to the bar. This makes mounting easier and lets the user move the accessories whenever needed.
