The Syncro System van floor protects the surface from damage due to loading, unloading or vibrations, preventing the appearance of rust and corrosion.

The original bodywork, made of thin sheet metal, is in fact subject to impacts, scratches and deformations. In addition:

  • it guarantees a perfectly leveled support surface, indispensable for mounting Syncro System shelving units, drawer units and lockers;
  • it improves load stability while driving;
  • it simplifies the cleaning of the loading bay;
  • it contributes to extending the van's useful life.

Syncro System wooden van floors are made of 12 mm thick phenolic plywood. It is a robust, light and moisture-resistant material, ideal for professional use.

Two surface finishes are available:

  • Rubber finish: guarantees very high slip resistance, ideal for those transporting heavy goods or materials that must remain perfectly stable;
  • Marble finish: extremely resistant to wear and tear and very easy to clean, it gives the van a bright and professional appearance.

For those who need even higher resistance, Syncro System also offers the checker plate aluminium floor, perfect for heavy transport or for those loading materials that could damage softer surfaces.
