On this page we show you an Iveco Daily L3H2 model fitted out for a company that installs and maintains mobile phone network equipment. The van has been fitted out asymmetrically on both walls, adding some essential accessories for securing the load and for lighting the load area even in unfavourable ambient conditions. Let's look at all the details!

Point one: line the vehicle's internal bodywork to protect it from dents, cuts, damp, corrosion and water ingress. This is a fundamental stage in fitting out the van: it might seem like a small detail, but covering the original metal sheet means protecting it and avoiding needless future repair costs and an excessive loss of value when it comes to reselling the vehicle.

In the Daily on this page, the floor has been covered with a floor panel in resin-coated marine plywood: unlike other similar products, this panel is fitted with thicknesses that reinforce its strength, creating a larger bearing surface and eliminating weak points around the holes in the metal sheet.

The walls and the upper part of the doors have been lined with very robust steel panels. The wheel arches haven't been overlooked either, fully protected by lining made from laminated wood and steel.

Point two: fit out the inside of the van to bring order and save time and money, transporting everything you need in complete safety.

The Daily has been fitted out asymmetrically: on the left-hand wall, the unit has been positioned towards the inside, next to the load bulkhead. The section closest to the rear doors has been left free and fitted only with securing systems. On the right-hand wall the unit is concentrated in the opposite section, since the rest of the space is taken up by the side door. Here too there's no shortage of useful accessories.

How is that possible? By keeping equipment organised, always knowing where to find it and avoiding having to buy it again or make needless trips to the warehouse.

In this Daily, on the left, we find:

• a floor-level compartment with hooks and a securing strap;
• five metal drawers (a bestseller for Syncro: almost every customer includes them in their conversion) with a non-slip mat at the back and internal metal dividers;
• two shelves with a fully-opening door;

On the Daily's right-hand wall the furniture consists of two open shelves fitted with their edges facing upwards, which also mark out a floor-level compartment at wheel-arch height. Two more shelves have been fitted above, one marked out by a fully-opening door and another custom-made with removable plastic containers.

What makes this furniture distinctive is the presence of two custom-made case holders fitted vertically on the side of the unit, accessible through the side door. The two frames, perforated and open at the front, allow metal or plastic cases to be inserted and give easy access to the handle for removal. Some technical features keep the cases in place during transport. There's no shortage of accessories on this side either: fitted to the rear side of the unit are a hand-washing kit with tap, a paper roll holder and a soap dispenser.

On the ceiling of the Daily for installers, low-consumption, high-brightness LED ceiling lights have been fitted, while the load bulkhead has been equipped with a Syncroblock bar combined with a series of hooks for work clothing, perfect for workwear.
