SYNCRO ALU: THE ALUMINIUM REVOLUTION

A new era begins for Syncro, who proudly present the Syncro Alu line, a brand-new family of products made from high-strength aluminium.

The new material means less weight but maintains total compatibility with the entire Ultra range!

Syncro System always listens to customers and takes careful note of their daily needs in order to transform every requirement into a practical solution. Syncro’s new line of aluminium van racking offers a practical alternative to those customers who have called for lighter van racking.

Our R&D department has drawn on over seventy years of metalworking experience to develop a completely new line of products that revolutionises the choice available to Syncro customers.

The products in the new Syncro Alu range are made of aluminium-magnesium alloy and are powder-coated in grey with an attractive wrinkle finish. The new products weigh 30% on average, and in some cases up to 40% less than the corresponding steel parts!

This gives three major advantages:

• If you drive a petrol or diesel powered van (single-fuel or hybrid), you save on fuel. Less weight means less consumption!
• If you drive an electric vehicle, you get extended range between charges.
• You will also be able to load more goods and equipment into your van without exceeding its maximum permissible weight.

Our new aluminium racking is super-easy to combine with steel racking and accessories from the Ultra range. All dimensions are identical, so compatibility is guaranteed!

Is aluminium racking as safe as steel racking?

Rest assured we have paid a great deal of attention to safety in our research. We can tell you that Syncro Alu racking has passed the same crash test as our steel racking and is GS certified by TÜV Rheinland Italy according to ECE R17. Our three-year warranty against defects in manufacture applies to our new aluminium products too, of course.

Are aluminium products sustainable?

Relax! Aluminium is among the materials with the highest rate of recycling in the metalworking supply chain. On decommissioning, your aluminium racking can be reintegrated into the circular economy. And the production of recycled aluminium only requires 5% of the energy needed to produce the virgin metal. By purchasing these products, your business will fully comply with ESG criteria (Environmental, Social and Governance).
