Syncro System S.p.A. among the top 1000 companies in Vicenza province for 2025
The Top 1000 Companies Report for 2025 has just been published. The Report is available in an online version and as a printed attachment to the Giornale di Vicenza, and illustrates the financial health of the top 1000 companies in the province of Vicenza.
The Report is compiled by Publiadige and is issued annually, in December. It takes the form of a list of the province’s leading companies rated on the basis of parameters derived from the financial reports of the previous year. The 2025 Report is therefore based on figures published for the 2024 business year. Among the aspects taken into consideration are turnover, personnel costs, financial charges, amortisation, depreciation, earnings, expenses and net profits.
The 2025 Report shows that Syncro System S.p.A. is continuing its progress up the list, climbing to 562nd place, an impressive 60 places higher than in the previous year. One of the figures behind this excellent result is without a doubt an increase in turnover of 9.99% (20,299,046).
Syncro System: management strategies for resilience in the face of market fluctuations
How can you evaluate such positive results objectively? We asked Luca Comunello, president of Syncro System S.p.A..
How did the year covered by this report go for you?
2024 was a good year for the van racking sector as a whole. After the drop in vehicle production caused by the lack of electronic components in 2023, European car and van manufacturers bounced back and began to catch up with orders in 2024. This improved the availability of vans and allowed Syncro System to catch up with delayed orders too, resulting in a significant increase in turnover.
What management strategies does Syncro System adopt to cope with a market in a continuous state of flux?
Syncro System applies lean manufacturing methods and this enables us to respond more rapidly to changing market trends and customer needs.
This Report is actually based on figures for 2024. How did 2025 go?
In 2025, vehicle manufacturers finally eliminated the backlog in orders. This led to a drop in vehicle sales in the second half of the year and consequently a fall in demand for the entire van racking sector, including Syncro System. The year therefore ended with turnover slightly down on that recorded in 2024.
What do you expect from the year ahead?
Given the current economic uncertainty and falling demand for vehicles – factors beyond the control of Syncro System, we think that results for 2026 will not be as good as those achieved in 2024 and 2025.
