NISSAN NV400: NISSAN'S MODERN LARGE VAN
The NV400 is a latest-generation van, also sold on the market as the Master and the Movano.
It offers a very wide and regular load compartment, excellent both for transporting goods and equipment and for conversion into a mobile workshop. Over the years, Syncro System technicians around the world have fitted out a great many NV400 vans, always customised to the customer's needs.
AN NV400 EQUIPPED FOR A COMPANY WORKING IN PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND OTHER BUILDING TRADES
As a first step in the fit-out, Syncro System technicians installed a resin-coated multi-ply wooden floor complete with steel edging strips at the doors and cup holders for the load-restraint hooks. The floor is extremely useful both for protecting the metal loading surface and for providing a perfectly smooth working surface.
Moving on to the interior fit-out, on the left-hand side there is a wheel arch cover with a closing door and another open one with a case-restraint strap. Above these are six large metal drawers with ball-bearing telescopic runners and an automatic closing lock system. There is also another compartment with a case-restraint strap and four shelving levels with aluminium dividers and a non-slip mat.
The end section of the fit-out consists of a gutter for housing long items such as pipes and cable ducting.
On the right-hand side there is another wheel arch cover with a closing door, a lockable cabinet with internal shelves, three case racks with six removable metal cases, and a shelving level with dividers. The fit-out is completed by eight metal drawer units with transparent tip-up drawers. The transparent drawers make it possible to immediately identify their contents and are made of PMMA, the same material used for aircraft windows.
The fit-out is finished off with various accessories: a silicone tube holder, a paper roll holder, a first-aid case and a spray can holder. Near the bulkhead at the back of the load compartment there is a load-restraint strap and an accessory for securing long items.
To make use of the NV400's roof, Syncro technicians fitted cross bars, a tilting ladder rack and a stainless steel pipe carrier.
Another job well done by the Syncro technicians: thanks to this type of fit-out, the company can safely transport its equipment and work effectively on installations and repairs at customer sites.
