VOLKSWAGEN ID. BUZZ FOR A MULTI-UTILITY SERVICE
Liners and racking on both sides for maximum material availability
Buying a van is a decisive moment in your professional life. The make, model and variant have to be chosen to suit the nature of your business and the way you plan to use the vehicle.
But immediately after, there’s another important decision to make! How should you fit it out to get the most out of your new investment?
Syncro System always encourages you to fit proper liners. Protecting the interior of your van is essential if you want it to withstand regular use without incurring the sort of damage that inevitably reduces its value and its working life.
When it comes to choosing the right liners, racking and accessories, the options are endless and should be evaluated with the assistance of a Syncro racking expert. Syncro always takes your needs into consideration before drawing up a fully customised proposal!
On this page we take a look at a Volkswagen ID. Buzz fitted out by Syncro System for a multi-utility service: an example where the priority is having plenty of material always close at hand.
VW ID. Buzz L1 H1 with liners and racking on both side walls.
Let’s take a closer look!
The van is fitted with:
- a plywood floor liner with a resin-coated marine finish, installed over spacers to distribute weight evenly and form a stronger, more resistant walkable surface
- steel panelling on the doors
Liners have been added only at the tops of both side walls, since these are already protected lower down by the racking.
Volkswagen ID. Buzz for a multi-utility service
This van is a Volkswagen ID. Buzz in the smallest L1 H1 variant, owned by a multi-utility service. In this case, the need to carry a large quantity of readily available material took priority over the need for free floor space. Racking is therefore installed on both sides of the van.
Two racking columns are installed on the left, including: two floor-level compartments (one partly enclosed by a lift-and-rotate door, the other open), three metal drawers of different heights, four configurable shelves, a full-length top shelf and, finally, a fold-away vice bench fixed the racking side panel at the rear doors.
The racking on the right consists of a single column with a very simple configuration. It comprises a floor-level compartment with low door like that on the opposite side, and three shelves.
More racking solutions for the Volkswagen ID. Buzz
The vast accessories section of the Syncro catalogue comes to your aid whenever you find that the racking you already have is not enough or special needs arise that demand equally special solutions.
In this case, the left rear door provides cleaning facilities in the form of a handwash kit and soap dispenser, while the side panel of the right-side racking is fitted with a length of Syncroblock bar with three metal hooks.
If you still don’t have enough room for everything, think big! Syncro can fit a custom-made roof rack system and you can even attach some accessories directly to the roof!
