RACKING FOR THE MAXUS DELIVER 7

A Maxus Deliver 7 with Syncro racking

The Maxus Deliver 7 is a medium-sized van produced by China’s largest automaker, the SAIC Group. In Italy, two versions have been sold since January 2026: a diesel and an all-electric designated the eDeliver 7. Customers can choose between L1 or L2 lengths and normal (H1) or high roof (H2) variants. The van boasts a load capacity of up to 9.2 cubic meters and a maximum payload of around 1300 kg. The Maxus Deliver 7 is ideal for users who need an agile vehicle for negotiating city or mountain roads, but who also need enough space to carry all their tools and materials.

Liners before racking: always a must

As usual, Syncro’s transformation of this Maxus Deliver 7’s cargo compartment began with the installation of bodywork liners. Van work involves the constant handling of heavy cargo and equipment, and this can easily lead to dents and scratches on the walls, doors and floor. To keep this van in tip-top condition for years to come, the Syncro team installed:

  • a floor liner in resin-coated marine plywood to protect the original panels against wear and damage and to provide excellent grip, greatly improving safety for the operator
  • anodised aluminium panels on the walls and doors.

Syncro also offers liners for the bulkhead and roof of the Maxus Deliver 7. All Syncro liners are pre-shaped and pre-drilled at Syncro’s own factory and can be installed accurately in next to no time.

Once the liners are in place, the Syncro team can focus on the racking itself.

They always start by listening to the customer's needs, then, taking into account the shape and size of the vehicle, they draw up a proposed solution that, once approved, will turn your Maxus Deliver 7 into a great mobile workshop.

The racking system installed in the Maxus Deliver 7 illustrated on this page is one of the first made entirely from Syncro’s new SyncroAlu light alloy range, which now complements Syncro’s classic high-strength steel racking.

The van’s left wall is equipped with a full-height racking configuration for carrying tools and small parts. The rest of the floor remains free for transporting bulky cargo. The system consists of two side-by-side columns, each offering different forms of storage. The first starts with a floor-level compartment with a lift-and-rotate door while the second starts with a strap-type case transport kit. Then come five metal drawers, five pull-out case trays, four configurable shelves and, at the top, Multibox cabinets with 12 pull-out transparent drawers. Of course, if more storage is needed, the right wall too could be equipped with drawers, shelves, and worktops. A vice bench could also be installed, along with other accessories, or a space-saving solution based on underfloor drawers adopted instead.

Exploiting the roof of the Maxus Deliver 7

Many professionals need to transport long and awkward equipment like sliding ladders, pipes and cable channels. If there is not enough room inside, as is the case with the Maxus Deliver 7, Syncro can install a robust but lightweight roof rack with pipe carrier and/or ladder slide on your van’s roof. All Syncro roof racks are equipped with an Ultrasilent profile to minimise noise and vibration while driving.

Accessories make all the difference

Small additions can often make working away from base so much easier and more efficient. Syncro van accessories prove the point.

In this Maxus Deliver 7, a paper roll holder and a bar rack with flange and lashing strap have been added to the rear-facing side panel of the racking while a cable holder has been installed at the top of the bulkhead.
