SYNCRO LINERS AND RACKING FOR THE KIA PV5

A new commercial vehicle appeared on European markets in February 2026. We are talking about the versatile PV5 full electric van from the Korean manufacturer Kia. The new PV5 is designed around the innovative PBV concept (Platform Beyond Vehicle), which permits maximum configuration flexibility and unrivalled customisation.

The van’s design and size are perfect for both the delivery sector and for system installers and service technicians. Load volume exceeds 4.4 cubic metres despite the vehicle’s compact size, thanks to a full-electric drive system and specially shaped wheel arches, which allow the floor to be approximately 10 cm lower than the market standard. The vehicle boasts wide, pillarless doors for easy access, loading and unloading.

The PV5 has only just arrived but it has already broken a record. The Cargo variant of the Kia PV5 has won a place in the Guinness World Records. The van has travelled for the greatest distance of any light commercial vehicle at maximum payload on a single charge. It achieved a distance of 693.38 km without stopping to recharge. In fact, the Kia PV5 sets a whole new standard for eLCVs from the point of view of strength and efficiency.

Wall and door panels are available in a choice of aluminium chequer plate, honeycomb plastic or painted steel sheet. Model-specific wheel arch covers, bulkhead liners and roof panels can also be fitted.
