SYNCRO CARGO SECURING SYSTEMS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
Play it safe: choose the Syncro System solution that best suits your needs, among all those available for securing goods and materials in your commercial vehicle.
THE OBLIGATION TO PROPERLY SECURE THE LOAD
Traffic regulations set out the rules of conduct for drivers regarding how loads must be arranged on vehicles.
The obligations concern, in particular:
- the need to arrange a vehicle's load so as to «prevent it from falling or spilling, from impairing the driver's visibility or restricting freedom of movement at the wheel, or from jeopardising the vehicle's stability».
- the weight and overhang limits for the load.
Any load positioned inside or outside the vehicle must therefore be secured, otherwise fines may be imposed during a roadside check; if it is not possible to immediately remedy an irregularity that has been found, the vehicle's registration document and the driver's licence may be withdrawn, with all the obvious inconvenience this entails.
SYNCRO SYSTEM'S SOLUTIONS
Syncro System has thought through all these issues and offers a safe, reliable and functional solution for every load-securing need. What's the goal? The safety of vehicle occupants and other road users, product functionality, and maximum use of space in the van. Syncro's proposals fall into two main groups: securing material inside the load compartment and securing loads on the roof, i.e. outside the vehicle.
SECURING THE LOAD INSIDE THE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE'S LOAD COMPARTMENT
STEEL RAIL FOR SECURING HEAVY LOADS
The system consists of a rail cut to size, combined with ratchet straps also available in various lengths, with a load capacity of up to 4,000 kg. Perfect for securing gas cylinders or other heavy loads. Also available with sliding steel hooks.
ALUMINIUM SLIDING TRACK WITH STRAPS AND LASHING RINGS
This fully modular system consists of an aluminium track fixed to a wall of the vehicle or to the racking, together with various lashing rings, hooks and straps. It can also be used to secure cases in wheel arch covers or other items placed along the walls or in shelf compartments.
AIRLINE TRACK FOR STRAPS, LASHING RINGS AND CARGO BARS
The aluminium airline track can be used with a range of buckle or ratchet straps, cargo bars and lashing rings, allowing quick and flexible load securing. The track can be fitted to the vehicle body or to the racking.
CARGO BARS
Syncro System's cargo bars and securing rails can be used together with the aluminium airline tracks, allowing quick, safe and flexible securing of loads of any kind.
LASHING RINGS FOR ROPES, STRAPS AND ELASTIC BANDS
Syncro System's extensive catalogue includes various lashing rings for mounting on aluminium tracks, the vehicle body or the racking.
OTHER SPECIFIC LOAD-SECURING SYSTEMS
The items carried in the vehicle can vary widely, but Syncro System has a specific solution for each of them. For example, holders for silicone cartridges and spray cans, devices for securing jerrycans, accessories for bars or threaded rods, an automatic front-wheel cradle for motorcycles, laptop holders for use in the load compartment or in the cab, adjustable fire extinguisher holders, side pockets and many other practical options.
EQUIPMENT HOLDERS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
A range of steel and plastic equipment holders is also available, all designed to be fitted to the vehicle body or to the racking.
SECURING THE LOAD ON THE VEHICLE ROOF
The roof rack systems designed, manufactured and installed by Syncro System stand out for their patented Ultrasilent profiles. Depending on requirements, you can choose from simple base roof bars, roof racks, pipe carriers or ladder racks: what all these systems have in common are the profiles, which, thanks to their special design and the materials used, significantly reduce aerodynamic drag, considerably cutting driving noise, vibration and fuel consumption. The other components that make up the finished products are designed to make loading and unloading easier and, above all, to keep the load firmly in place, ensuring legal requirements are met. For pipes and conduits, pipe carriers are the perfect solution: their ends are fitted with double, lockable flaps, so they cannot open accidentally while driving. The same applies to the ladder rack, specifically designed to hold this particularly bulky and potentially hazardous piece of equipment firmly in place.
