CITROËN NEMO FIT-OUT WITH TRANSPARENT DRAWERS

The Citroën Nemo, together with its twin models the Fiat Fiorino and Peugeot Bipper, is a van that marked an innovation in the commercial vehicle sector a few years ago. It is in fact a compact van, yet its body features the typical solutions of small vans such as the Berlingo or the Doblò.

Even from an aesthetic point of view, it looks like a scaled-down version of the Citroën Berlingo or similar vans in the same category.

Users can therefore count on a very large load compartment relative to the vehicle's external dimensions, with a load floor at the right height and two or three large doors, whether they need to equip the van as a small mobile workshop for working on site or at a customer's premises, or use the vehicle for transporting goods.

Over the years, the Syncro System group has fitted out many Citroën Nemo vans, always looking for solutions that make the best use of the available space.

In this fit-out we find, as always, the floor for the Nemo, in this case in resin-coated plywood. As can be seen, the vehicle's original floor hooks are left inside the dedicated metal cups, available for securing the load. Stainless steel edging at the doors effectively protects the wood from impacts during loading and unloading.

The fit-out on the Nemo's left-hand side consists of an open wheel-arch cover, designed to hold the customer's tool cases, secured with the dedicated strap.

The welded steel vice with a swivel base is mounted on the practical, slide-out vice mount bench, available quickly whenever needed.

We then find a three-drawer steel unit 66 mm high, with ball-bearing telescopic runners and complete with a mat and dividers.

Above it there is a bin with dividers, with a closing flap.

Finally, the left-hand fit-out is completed by an end bin with dividers.

On the right, the fit-out consists of two steel van units with transparent pull-out drawers. The small drawers can be split into three sections, so the customer can store up to 48 different types of products, all easily visible and accessible.

Thanks to the modularity and versatility of the Syncro system, it's interesting to note how this Nemo fit-out turns out complete and functional, while still leaving plenty of space in the load compartment.

No compromises, then: materials, components and equipment kept tidy and always available, for working better and with less effort!
